The Experience to Resolve Complex Cases
I often handle cases that are unusual or complex. An example is that of a young man who was severely injured after falling off a roof while he was helping to reshingle a friend’s house. Two other lawyers turned down my client’s case because liability was not clear-cut. My client had been drinking beer and taking the prescription drug Percodan prior to climbing up on the roof. In this case, one of the right moves I made as an attorney was to identify the legal issue that favored my client: the fact that he received no warning of the effect of combining Percodan with alcohol. Being a solo attorney practice gives me the flexibility to take on difficult cases when necessary. It also enables me to provide a great deal of personal attention to every client I represent.
